Brand Kit and Themes
The brand kit makes your published forms look like part of your product, not a generic form tool — set a logo, brand color, background, and font once, and every form in the workspace picks it up automatically, with light and dark mode handled for you.
1. Setting up your brand kit
Open a form's Design panel and upload your logo, then pick a brand color and background color. Choose a font from DM Sans (default sans-serif), a serif option, or a monospace option. These settings apply to the public form respondents see, not the dashboard editor.
2. What's included on each plan
Every plan includes logo and brand color. The full brand kit — custom font selection and a custom background color — is a Pro plan feature; on the Starter plan those two settings fall back to the default sans font and no custom background.
3. Light and dark mode
Published forms automatically support both light and dark mode based on the respondent's system preference — your brand color and logo are applied consistently in both.
