How to connect Calendly
Connect your account
Open a form's Integrations tab and click "Connect Calendly", then authorize Orbiform from Calendly's consent screen.
Add a booking question
In the form editor, add a question, set its type to "Calendly Booking", and choose which event type to embed.
Publish
Respondents now see a live Calendly calendar right inside the question and can book without leaving the form.

Does Orbiform see my calendar or contacts?+
No — the connection only reads your event types and embeds the public scheduling widget. It can't see your calendar, contacts, or past bookings.
Can one form offer more than one type of appointment?+
Yes — add multiple "Calendly Booking" questions, each pointing at a different event type.
What happens to bookings already made if I disconnect?+
Nothing — disconnecting only stops new questions from loading a calendar. Appointments already booked in Calendly are unaffected.
