Terms of Service

Orbiform is a trading name of Orbix Tech LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16897449. Registered office: Suite 10270, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Every account is assigned a workspace; workspace owners can invite team members and control their roles and access.

Orbiform lets you build, publish, and analyze forms, including with the help of AI-generated suggestions ("AI Builder" and "Ask AI"). AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — review it before publishing a form or relying on an AI-generated analysis, as it may contain inaccuracies.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Where offered, a free trial runs for the period stated at checkout; unless you cancel before it ends and a payment method is on file, the subscription will continue and be billed automatically. If a trial ends without a payment method on file, access to paid features is suspended until you subscribe.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

Each plan includes usage limits (e.g. responses per month, AI Builder generations, team members) described on our pricing page. We may throttle or restrict actions that exceed your plan's limits.

You retain ownership of the forms you create and the response data your forms collect ("Customer Data"). You grant Orbiform a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and legal basis to collect and process the data your forms gather from respondents, including any required notices or consents.

Orbiform lets you connect webhooks to third-party services such as Zapier, Make, and n8n. These services are operated independently of Orbiform and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how a third-party service handles data once it leaves the Service via a webhook you configured.

Orbiform also offers native, OAuth-based integrations with Google Sheets, Notion, and Calendly. When you connect one of these, you authorize Orbiform to access only the narrow permissions each provider's consent screen describes (e.g. the specific Notion page(s) you select, or a Sheets-only Google scope), and the connection is used solely to power the feature you connected it for — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what each integration does. These providers are themselves independent of Orbiform and governed by their own terms; you can disconnect any of them at any time from a form's Integrations tab.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build forms that collect sensitive data unlawfully, or without a valid legal basis and appropriate notice to respondents.
• Send spam, phishing content, or malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law, or the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' workspaces.
• Use the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Orbiform and its licensors own all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Orbiform intellectual property to you, other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Customer Data associated with your account after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service, including AI-generated output, will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbiform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence if you are a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify workspace owners by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
