How to connect n8n
Add a Webhook node
In n8n, create a workflow starting with a Webhook node (POST method) and copy its production URL.
Add the webhook in Orbiform
Open the form's Integrations tab, paste the URL, name it, and save.
Listen, then activate
Put the Webhook node in "listen" mode, click "Test" in Orbiform to send a sample payload, then activate the workflow.

Does this work with self-hosted n8n?+
Yes — Orbiform just sends a JSON POST to whatever URL you give it, so a self-hosted instance works exactly like n8n Cloud as long as the URL is publicly reachable.
What does the webhook payload look like?+
A JSON object with the response's answers keyed by field ID ("answers") and by question label ("answersByLabel"), plus submission metadata.
Is there a limit on webhooks?+
Starter includes 1 webhook per workspace; Pro includes unlimited webhooks.
