How to Build a Form with AI

Open a form and use the chat panel next to the editor. Write a prompt like "Create an onboarding survey for a design SaaS — 5 questions, friendly tone" and Orbiform generates a full set of questions with appropriate types (dropdown, single choice, multi-select, long text, rating, and so on). Every question also has its own dedicated chat history, so you can ask the AI to tweak one question — "make this required" or "change this to a dropdown with these 4 options" — without regenerating the whole form.

The AI Builder isn't only for blank forms — ask it to add, remove, or reorder questions on a form you've already built, and it applies the change directly. When AI updates a question whose label stays the same, the question's id is preserved, so existing responses keep their link to that question instead of orphaning historical data.

The same chat panel isn't limited to editing questions — ask it to change the form's theme or branding, add a webhook, or connect Google Sheets, Notion, or Calendly using an account you've already signed in with, and it applies the change directly.
