How to connect Zapier
Add an Orbiform step to a Zap
Search for "Orbiform" while building a Zap and add a trigger, search, or the Create Form action.
Sign in to connect your workspace
Click "Sign in" and approve the workspace you want Zapier to access — the same account flow used everywhere else in Orbiform.
Pick a form and turn it on
For triggers and searches, choose the form from the dropdown Zapier shows you, then turn the Zap on.
FAQ
Do I still need to set up a webhook?+
No — the native app authenticates once via sign-in and exposes New Response/New Form as regular polling triggers. A webhook is still available separately if you'd rather not connect an account.
Can one Zapier connection see every workspace?+
No — like every OAuth connection to Orbiform, it's bound to exactly one workspace, chosen when you sign in. Connect it again from a different workspace if you need both.
What can I automate besides responses?+
New Form triggers a Zap whenever a form is created, and the Create Form action lets a Zap build and publish a new Orbiform form from a description — useful for turning an inbound lead or ticket into a form on the fly.
