Everyone can build. Only the right people manage the workspace.
Every workspace has exactly one owner, plus any number of admins and members. Members get full form-editing access — building, publishing, and commenting — without touching billing, invites, or API keys, which stay with the owner and admins.

Three roles, clear boundaries
Owner (one per workspace, holds billing), admin (shares almost everything with the owner), and member (full form-building access without workspace-management controls).
Members build without touching anything sensitive
Members can create, edit, publish, and comment on every form in the workspace, but can't manage billing, invites, or API keys.
Admins share almost everything with the owner
Admins can invite or remove members, manage billing, rename the workspace, and manage API keys/MCP connections — everything except transferring ownership itself.
Every form shows who's editing it
A live row of member avatars and an "Edited by" indicator on every form ties directly back to who's in the workspace and what they can touch.
Comments respect workspace membership
Only people invited into the workspace can be @mentioned or can view and post comments — access control and Team Collaboration work together, not around each other.
Invite by email in one step
Add a teammate from Settings → Team — existing users join instantly, and everyone else gets a link that joins them the moment they register with that email.
How it works
Open Settings → Team
From any workspace, go to Settings → Team to see every member and their current role.
Invite a teammate
Enter their email and click Invite; existing users are added instantly, others get a shareable link that joins them on registration.
Assign or change a role
Set someone as admin if they need to help manage billing, invites, or API keys — or leave them as a member for everyday form-building access.
Everyone builds together
Members and admins alike can create, edit, publish, and comment on any form in the workspace immediately after joining.

What can a member do that an admin can't?+
Nothing extra — members have full form-building and commenting access, but can't manage billing, invite or remove teammates, or manage API keys/MCP connections, which admins and the owner can.

Yes — assign as many admins as you need; each one gets the same permissions as the owner except transferring ownership itself.
How do I remove someone from the workspace?+
From Settings → Team, an owner or admin can remove any member or admin — they immediately lose access to every form in that workspace.
Does removing someone delete their comments?+
No — their past comments and edits stay attached to the forms; only their ability to access the workspace going forward is removed.
Can I be a member of more than one workspace with different roles?+
Yes — your role is per-workspace, so you can be an owner of one workspace and a member of another; switch between them with the workspace switcher.
