Conditional Logic
Every respondent sees only the questions that apply to them.
Conditional logic — also called show/skip logic or logic jumps — lets a question appear only when an earlier answer matches a condition, so a 40-question form can feel like a 10-question form to any one respondent.
What Conditional Logic does
Rule-based, not code-based
Open a question, click Add logic, and choose the earlier question it depends on, an operator ("is", "is not", "contains"), and the value to match — no scripting required.
Works with both layouts
In classic (single-page) layout, a question with a false condition is hidden from the page. In conversational layout, it's automatically skipped as the respondent advances, and the progress bar accounts for the skip.
Describe it to the AI instead
Type something like "if the satisfaction rating is below 3, ask why in a follow-up question" in the AI chat panel, and it creates both the follow-up question and its rule for you.
Required fields respect visibility
A required question only blocks submission while it's actually visible — if logic hides a required question, it's not counted as unanswered.

Yes — a question's logic can depend on the answer to any earlier question in the form, using operators like "is", "is not", and "contains".
