Turn every submission into a result worth seeing.
Personalized Results shows every respondent a tailored screen right after they submit — a score-based outcome, a rule matched to their specific answers, or a summary the AI writes live from what they answered. It lives in the same Editor as your questions, under the Results sub-tab.
What Personalized Results does
Three modes to fit any form
Manual (pick from outcomes you write), AI (generated per respondent from your instructions), or Hybrid (AI first, falling back to a manual outcome if generation fails or no prompt is set).
Score any question type
Give each option on a select, radio, or checkbox question a point value; number and rating questions contribute their raw value automatically. A respondent's total is the sum across every question they answered.
Match on score or on answers
Each outcome shows when either its score range matches the respondent's total, or its answer conditions all hold true — the same rule shape as conditional logic. Outcomes are checked in order, first match wins.
AI-written, per-respondent copy
In AI or Hybrid mode, write instructions describing what the result should say, and Orbiform generates a title and body unique to each respondent's actual answers at submission time.
One click to generate the whole thing
A "Generate results pages" button in the Results sub-tab sets up scoring, outcomes, and AI instructions in one shot — or describe what you want ("score each question and show 3 outcomes: low, medium, high") and the AI drafts it for review.
Confetti celebration
An optional, purely cosmetic confetti animation plays the moment a respondent lands on their result screen — a nice touch for quizzes and applications, easy to leave off for formal forms.
How it works
Open the Results sub-tab
In a form's editor, switch from Questions to the Results sub-tab and flip the toggle on.
Choose a mode
Pick Manual, AI, or Hybrid depending on how much you want to write yourself versus generate per respondent.
Add scoring or write AI instructions
Assign point values to answer options for scored outcomes, or write plain-language instructions for the AI to follow.
Test with a real submission
Submit a test response to see the result screen respondents will land on, and adjust outcomes or instructions as needed.

What's the difference between Manual, AI, and Hybrid mode?+

How is a respondent's score calculated?+

What happens if I turn on AI mode but forget to write instructions?+
A warning appears directly in the Results tab so you notice before publishing, rather than finding out from a blank result screen on a real submission.
