Form Analytics

Know what your responses mean, not just how many you got.

Every submission lands in a filterable, sortable responses table, and the Analytics tab breaks down trends and per-question answers — plus Ask AI, which answers plain-language questions about your data directly, without you building a filter or exporting anything.

What Form Analytics & Ask AI does

A responses table built for filtering

Every submission is a row, one column per question. Filter, sort, hide columns you don't need, and search for a specific response — partial (auto-saved but never completed) submissions are marked separately so you can see where people dropped off.

Trends and per-question breakdowns

The Analytics tab shows submission trends over time plus answer distributions for select, radio, checkbox, and rating questions, along with a response rate for every question.

Ask AI reads your data for you

Ask a plain-language question — "which plan gives the highest ratings?" — and Orbiform's AI reads your aggregated responses and answers directly, no manual filter or export required.

CSV export, respecting your filters

Export every currently visible row to a spreadsheet-ready CSV file with one click — whatever filters are applied stay applied in the export.

Route responses anywhere automatically

Send every new response to Slack via Zapier, a spreadsheet via Make, your own backend via webhooks, or read it directly from Claude via MCP.

How it works

1

Collect responses as normal

Every submission — complete or partial — appears in the form's Responses tab automatically.

2

Filter, sort, and search

Narrow the table down to the responses you care about, and hide columns you don't need right now.

3

Check the Analytics tab

Review submission trends and per-question response rates to spot where respondents are dropping off or which answers cluster.

4

Ask AI or export

Ask a plain-language question about the data, or export the current filtered view to CSV for further analysis elsewhere.

FAQ

What counts as a "partial" response?+

A partial response is an in-progress submission that was auto-saved but never completed — it shows up in the responses table so you can see how far respondents got before dropping off.

What can Ask AI actually answer?+

Ask AI reads your form's aggregated response data and answers plain-language questions about it directly — trends, comparisons, or summaries — without you needing to build a filter or export a spreadsheet first.

Does CSV export respect my current filters?+

Yes — the CSV export button exports every currently visible row, so whatever filter or sort you've applied carries over into the file.

Can I send responses to tools outside Orbiform automatically?+

Yes — connect webhooks for Zapier, Make, or n8n, or read responses directly from Claude via MCP, so every new submission reaches wherever your team already works.
