3. The free trial
Every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial with full feature access on signup — no credit card required to start. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep the workspace active; if it lapses, published forms stop accepting new responses until a plan is active again.
4. Upgrading, downgrading, and canceling
From Settings → Billing (workspace owners and admins only), switch between Starter and Pro, or change monthly/annual billing, at any time. Canceling stops future charges at the end of the current billing period — your forms and responses are never deleted for canceling, but publishing new responses requires an active plan.
