Deleting and Restoring Forms (Trash)

Deleting a form from the dashboard doesn't erase it right away — it moves to Trash, where it sits for 30 days before being deleted for good. That gives you a safety net if you (or a teammate) delete the wrong form.

1. Moving a form to Trash

From the Forms tab, open a form card's menu and choose Move to trash. The form stops accepting new submissions immediately — its public link shows "not found" right away — but every response and setting is kept exactly as it was.

2. The Trash tab

Next to Forms on the dashboard is a Trash tab (with a count badge when it's not empty). Each trashed form shows how long ago it was deleted and how many days are left before it's purged automatically.

3. Restoring a form

Click Restore on any card in Trash to bring it back exactly as it was — same questions, responses, settings, and public link. It reappears on the Forms tab and starts accepting submissions again right away.

4. Deleting for good

Forms left in Trash are permanently deleted 30 days after being trashed — this happens automatically, no action needed. If you don't want to wait, use Delete forever on a single form, or Empty trash to clear everything at once.

Permanent deletion cannot be undone — it removes the form, its questions, responses, and any connected outcomes or integrations for good.
