Contacts: Everyone Who's Submitted, Across Every Form

The Contacts tab pulls every respondent who left an email, phone number, or address on any of your forms into one table — instead of digging through each form's Responses tab one at a time.

1. Which forms show up here

A form contributes to Contacts if it has at least one Email question, an Address question, or a text/number question labeled like a phone number (e.g. "Phone", "Mobile", "WhatsApp") — see question types for how to add one. Every other question on the form is ignored here; Contacts is a people list, not another responses table.

2. Reading the table

Each row is one completed response with a Form, Email, Phone, Address, and Submitted column. Only responses with at least one non-empty contact field show up — someone who left every contact question blank isn't listed.

3. Scoping the list to specific forms

The panel on the right lists every form that has contact questions, with a count of how many contacts each contributed. Uncheck any you want hidden — the table and URL update instantly, so you can bookmark or share a link scoped to just the forms you picked.

4. Search and export

Search filters by email, phone, address, or form name — also saved in the URL. Export CSV downloads exactly what's currently visible, respecting your search and form selection.
