Personalized Results: Score, Match, and AI-Generated Outcomes
Personalized Results shows every respondent a tailored screen right after they submit — a score-based outcome, a rule matched to their specific answers, or a summary the AI writes live from what they answered. It's built into the same Editor as your questions, under the Results sub-tab.
1. Turning on Results
Open a form's Editor and switch to the Results sub-tab next to Questions. Flip the toggle on, then choose a mode: Manual (pick from outcomes you write), AI (generated per respondent from your instructions), or Hybrid (AI first, falling back to a manual outcome if generation fails or no prompt is set).
2. Scoring answers
On a select, radio, or checkbox question, give each option a point value in the question editor. Number and rating questions contribute their raw value automatically. A respondent's total score is the sum across every question they answered — questions with no points configured simply contribute zero.
3. Manual outcomes: score ranges or answer conditions
Each outcome you add is shown when either its score range (minimum/maximum, either side can be left open) matches the respondent's total, or its answer conditions all hold true — the same rule shape as conditional logic. Outcomes are checked in order and the first match wins, so keep score ranges covering the full range with no gaps or overlaps.
4. AI-generated results
In AI or Hybrid mode, write instructions describing what the result should say — for example, "tell them which of our 3 coaching plans fits best and why, in an encouraging tone." At submission time, the respondent's actual answers are sent along with your instructions to generate a title and body unique to them.
5. Building results by asking the AI
The same AI chat panel that builds your questions also builds your results — just switch to the Results sub-tab first. A Generate results pages button sits above the chat at all times — click it and the AI sets up scoring, outcomes, and (for AI/Hybrid modes) the AI instructions in one shot, no need to describe anything yourself.
You can still type your own request instead — something like "score each question and show 3 outcomes: low, medium, high" — and it drafts the scoring, the outcomes, or the AI prompt for you to review and save.
If AI or Hybrid mode is selected and the AI instructions box is empty, a warning appears right there in the Results tab so you're never left wondering why no result showed up for a test submission.
6. Confetti celebration
Turn on Confetti celebration (below the AI instructions box) to play a brief confetti animation the moment a respondent lands on their personalized result screen. It's off by default and purely cosmetic — a nice touch for quizzes and applications, easy to skip for more formal forms.
